16th Annual March Madness Bracket Bustin’ Competition

At Pellegrini Orthodontics, we deal with all sorts of brackets. But, the NCAA March Madness Bracket is definitely the most fun. We invite all dental professionals to join our 2026 March Madness Bracket Bustin' Contest. All you will need is a free Yahoo! account and our password (braces) and you are all set.

You will only have three days to complete your bracket once teams are announced on March 15th so don't be left in the dust. The contest deadline is by the tip off of the first game on March 19th!
2026 Tournament Key Dates & Schedule
Selection Sunday: March 15 - Start filling out your brackets!
First Four: March 17-18
First Round: March 19-20
Second Round: March 21-22
Sweet 16 & Elite Eight: March 26-29
Final Four: April 4 (Indianapolis, IN)
Championship Game: April 6

Basic Rules and Guidelines:
This is a private group, by invitation only. Please do not distribute our group # and password to non-patients or non-dental staff members. Identity must be verified before prize distribution.
At the end of the game, if two or more players finish with the same point total, the following system will be used to break the tie:
1. Closest to the total points scored by both teams in the final game
2. Closest to the total points scored by the winning team in the final game
3. Closest to the total points scored by the losing team in the final game
