gs in meantime. Generally, a good rule of thumb is to stay away from foods that are extra chewy, crunchy or hard. Soft foods are best for your overall orthodontic health.

Avoid biting into whole apples or caramel dipped apples.

Try slicing your apples and dipping them in warm chocolate sauce instead of chewy caramel.

Avoid hard nuts, pretzels, and popcorn.
